Creating an e-mail forward with your superior-host web hosting account, is much easier than you may think. With our great control panel system, Cpanel, it is super easy. Let me show you how!

Just go into your control panel, and click on the Mail Manager link.
Then, click on the link that says; Forwarders

If you have any created already, this is where you can change and delete them also. You will see any forwarders listed on this page.

Go to the bottom of the page, and you will see a link to Add Forwarder, click it to go to the next page.

Ok, now put in the first half of the e-mail address that you want to forward to somewhere else... ie; sales, or orders , and then make sure your domain name is selected from the drop down list in the next box.. don't use it for sub domains yet.

Next, simply put in the full e-mail address that you want that e-mail to go to... ie; you@aol.com , or what ever address you want. Even if the address is at your site, use the full e-mail address in this box... the e-mail system will grab it, and send the e-mail where ever you tell it to.

Please note: You can have more then 1 forward per e-mail address. Say if you have customerservice@yourdomain.com, Then you can send those e-mails to more then one place. You can make as many forwarders as you need.
